The Bradley Estate can accommodate up to 100 people for dinner and dancing inside the home.  The Bradley Estate can accommodate over 100 up to 150 guests with dinner and dancing under a tent.  With a tent, clients still have use of the house, such as the sitting areas, restrooms, etc.  Indoor events must end by 10:00 PM on weeknights and by 11:00 PM on weekends.  All tented and outdoor events must end 10:00 PM.
