Policies:

• Rental fee includes use of the main house event rooms and surrounding lawns and gardens (lawns and gardens not for use November through April). The client is responsible for any other costs associated with their event.  

  • A first payment of 50% is due upon signing the contract and reserving the date.
  • The balance of the rental fee is due six (6) months prior to the rental date or January 1 of the event year, whichever is first.
  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Rental fees to change without notice.
